We want you to love your tonies® apparel as much as your favorite Toniebox characters, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
